Pastor Noel became the shepherd of Philippine-American Baptist Church in October 2023, bringing with him a rich legacy of faithful service.
He is blessed to be married to his wife Marie. Together they have been blessed with three wonderful children and three precious granddaughters. His heart for ministry is matched by his love for family and his dedication to serving God's people.
